An Easy Diet Dessert

 

Sometimes you want to eat a dessert or a chocolate so badly that this impulse leads you to eat high caloried stuff. To prevent it, you can eat this easy diet dessert for an alternative of brownies or chocolates :) 

 

Ingredients;

 

  • Half of a banana

  • Diet Cereals (I prefer Special K Chocolatey Delight)

  • Milk

  • One Teaspoon of Molasses

 

 Press the banana and add the cereals . For softening the cereals , add some milk. Lastly add the molasses ( this part is optional ).
